Job Summary:

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that effectively communicate our company's expertise, values, and offerings to our discerning clientele. From compelling blog posts to engaging social media campaigns, you will leverage your creativity and strategic mindset to deliver high-quality content that educates, entertains, and inspires our audience while driving business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content objectives and target audience personas.
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends.
  • Identify key content themes, topics, and formats to engage our high net worth families and wealth managers.

2. Content Creation and Curation:

  • Produce high-quality written and visual content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, infographics, and videos.
  • Curate relevant third-party content to supplement our own and provide additional value to our audience.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, messaging consistency, and SEO best practices.

3. Content Distribution and Promotion:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel content distribution plans to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage content calendars and scheduling across website, blog, social media, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content promotion strategies and maximize ROI.

4. Audience Engagement and Community Building:

  • Foster engagement and dialogue with our audience through interactive content, social media interactions, and online communities.
  • Monitor social media channels and industry forums to identify trends, conversations, and opportunities for participation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and industry partners to amplify our content reach.

5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement metrics, and lead generation.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies, optimize content distribution channels, and enhance audience targeting.
  • Regularly report on content performance to stakeholders and recommend adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience in content marketing and digital marketing into high net worth audiences.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and impactful content for different audiences and channels.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), SEO principles, and social media platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics tracking.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and an eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cyber security or technology industry preferred.
